1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. Adel LLC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by high demand or carriers.


2. Shipping

We ship exclusively to Canada and the United States.

  • Canada: Standard Delivery — 5 to 10 business days, Free

  • United States: Standard Delivery — 5 to 10 business days, Free

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to international shipments.


3. Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Items must not show any signs of prior use

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, Adel LLC covers all return shipping costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@hitpro.fit.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or full refund.


5. Customs & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
Customers are responsible for any applicable fees.
